Try beef stroganoff 😊. Cook sliced beef with onion, garlic and mushrooms, add beef stock, Dijon mustard and a little paprika. Stir in sour cream or crème fraîche, simmer briefly, and serve with rice, pasta or noodles. Simple and delicious!
