Be cautious. Some scammers try to move conversations away from moderated platforms. Stop replying and report the user if you feel uncomfortable or notice suspicious behaviour.

You can submit a report from chats and supported content menus, including posts and public letters. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.

Reports are reviewed by the PenPalk team. Depending on the situation, actions may include a warning, content removal, restrictions, suspension or account closure.

Yes. Blocking helps prevent unwanted interactions. You should also submit a report when the behaviour is abusive, unsafe or suspicious.

You must be at least 15 years old to use PenPalk. Users between 15 and 18 years old must have permission from their legal representative.

Private conversations are not actively monitored by default. Specific content may be reviewed following a report, a safety concern or a legal obligation.

Public letters are messages published for the community to read and respond to. They are intended for friendly and respectful exchanges.
