We’re excited to announce a new automated safety system on PenPalk!
To keep our community welcoming and respectful, we’ve deployed an advanced language-model–based moderation system. This new system automatically analyzes conversations to detect harmful, abusive, or rule-breaking behavior.
Any user acting with bad intentions or violating our guidelines will be flagged, restricted, or blocked to ensure a safe space for everyone.

Thank you so much for your message and for taking the time to report that user, we truly appreciate it. However, even if something slips through initially, our verification system will catch it later based on the user’s actions, behavior, or content. Your help really matters.
Ok. I did report an obvious user. Nothing has happened. Let’s get rid of the scammers!
For anyone reading this, it is very easy to copy a photo of any individual and go to google images. When you paste it there and it shows them as a different individual it’s obvious something is going on.
